We Remember Them
This memorial is an outreach project of volunteers from Parents of Suicides (POS) and Friends & Families of Suicides (FFOS) Internet communities.
To submit a photo, send the following information in, along with a good clear photo in .jpg format.
Each photo will be put on a main page, and also the page for the state or country.
Photos of females will be added to the females page, and photos of anyone age 60 or older will be placed on the Seniors page.
Information Needed
1. Person's complete name
2. Person's age
3. His/her birth date
4. His/her death date
3. Person's city, state and country
4. Complete name of submitter
5. Email of submitter
6. Relationship of submitter to the person
7. A brief comment you would like included under the photo, on the location page. (Maximum: 15 words)
8. May we include this photo in educational presentations to help others see the reality of suicide? (Yes or No)
