Faces of Suicide: We Remember Them

This wall is an outreach project of volunteers from Parents of Suicides (POS) and Friends & Families of Suicides (FFOS) Internet communities.
 

To submit a photo, send the following information in, along with a good clear photo, in jpeg format.

(Also, note that as time goes on, new sections will be added to this site. We have plans for eventually putting up sections by age, alphabetically by first name, and also by state and country. The state/country sections may include brief quotes about the person.)

 

Information Needed

1. Person's complete name

2. Person's age

3. His/her birth date

4. His/her death date

3. Person's city, state and country

4. Complete name of submitter

5. Email of submitter

6. Relationship of submitter to the person

7. One sentence or brief quote you would like included under the photo, when we develop the 'locations' section.

8. May we include this photo in special educational presentations to help others see the reality of suicide? (Yes or No)
