Our Remembrance
David means Beloved.
David was kind, witty and intelligent -a master of puns. He loved being outdoors and I could always count on him to identify a bird just by its song. He loved Magic the Gathering and was a mean chess player. David shared his outdoor leadership skills by guiding young people and teaching them about nature. Sadly he suffered from chronic depression and eventually took his life to end the pain. I look for him in the woods and in the songs of birds and he will be my beloved for eternity.
